Returns and Refund Policy

Stock items
Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Custom orders
Custom orders (bespoke wording, non-standard sizes, branded colours, multilingual signs) are non-returnable unless faulty. This is because custom orders cannot be resold. Please review your artwork proof carefully before approving production.
Faulty goods
If goods are faulty on arrival, contact us within 7 days at info@directsigns.co.uk with your order number and photos of the fault. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your delivery on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, sign for the delivery as "damaged" and contact us within 24 hours. Damage discovered after unpacking should be reported within 7 days with photos.
How to return
- Contact us at info@directsigns.co.uk with your order number to request a return authorisation
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship to the address we provide
- Refund processed within 14 days of receipt
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Processing takes up to 14 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have rights to refund, repair, or replacement of faulty goods.
