Framework agreement
For multi-site or recurring supply, we agree pricing, lead time SLA, and standard kit specification. One named account manager per customer.

Manufacture
In-house under ISO 9001. Every batch traceable to operator, machine, ink lot, substrate roll. Pre-despatch inspection against specification.

Install and handover
Direct or partner installation. Handover documentation pack with as-built register and BS EN ISO 7010 traceability for the project file.
