PVC fabric banner material is a heavy-duty, weather-resistant printed fabric used for large outdoor banners, building wraps, construction hoarding graphics, and event signage. Standard weight is 440-510gsm with reinforced edges and grommets at standard intervals.

Direct Signs prints PVC banner in any size up to 5m × 50m. Smaller standard sizes are quick-turnaround stock items. Larger custom prints typically 5-7 working days from artwork approval.

Lifespan: 2-5 years outdoor depending on exposure. Heavy weather conditions reduce this; sheltered installations extend.

How are PVC banners installed?
Standard installation is via grommets at corners and edges, with bungee cord or cable ties to a fence, scaffold, or structural mounting. Larger banners need tensioning frames or structural fixings to prevent wind damage.

What about wind?
Mesh banner (with wind-permeable holes) is recommended for high-wind environments. Solid banner with proper tensioning is fine in moderate wind. Always check installation against expected wind loads.

Can banners be re-used?
Yes. PVC banners can be rolled, stored, and re-deployed multiple times provided they are not damaged. Useful for trade-show operators and event-circuit users.
